Access to the website

The hosting provider STRATO processes technical connection data, including IP address, time and requested page, to deliver the website and secure its operation. The hosting provider stores these data in accordance with its technical and statutory retention rules.

Contact

If you contact me by email or form, I process your name, email address and message to respond to your inquiry. The basis is handling your request or a prospective contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contact data is deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Spam protection

The form uses a hidden field, a simple arithmetic question, a submission delay and a request limit. To prevent repeated automated submissions, a daily pseudonymous value derived from the IP address is stored with an hourly counter on the web server. No external CAPTCHA provider is contacted. The form session uses a technically necessary cookie.
